Her experience helped her to easily transition to her new role of IV Nurse in 2014. Her plans to convert to a Vascular Access Team took place shortly thereafter, where bedside PICC placement would be a newly implemented approach to care. She helped to see through the conversion from an IV Team to a Vascular Access Team and went on to obtain her Vascular Access Board Certification.

In 2018, Precision Vascular Access was founded in order to address a gap in care in the local medical community. Since its inception, Precision Vascular Access has helped to close a gap in care in the outpatient world, providing all-inclusive outpatient infusion care to patients and doctors alike.
